The Glucosyl Stevioside has overcome the shortcomings like different purity, low solubility, and a little bitter after-taste of the general stevioside, which is closer to cane sugar. The ratio of substituting sugar varies from 70% to 100%, and saves the cost of the product. It’s 100-200 times sweeter than cane sugar. The sweetness was cool. The Glucosyl Stevioside is commonly used in lactose, malt dextrin as the dispersing agent to make the sweetness of sucrose reduce to 0.5-1 times. Usually it’s stable in food processing conditions (acidity and heating) and easily soluble in water and alcohol.
